Millfox is my company; my name is Andreas Fox. If you are reading this, you are probably checking who you are dealing with. So let me put it up front: you talk to me, and the contract runs through Millfox GmbH.
I am a programme and product manager. I have worked for myself since 2011, and before that eleven years in the line at a network operator, latterly with 30 people and 150 development projects a year. The engagements since then have been in telecommunications, media, automotive and financial services.
I come into initiatives that have grown beyond what one project manager can carry. Three shapes:
I take the engagement myself. Where a client needs more hands than that, I put the team together from senior freelancers I have worked with over the years — I know how they work before I propose them. I have been a partner in the Outvise freelancer network since 2016.
Pirion is what I would have wanted in every programme I ran. It is an operating model for projects and programmes and the software that runs it: templates that say what a project has to state about itself, rules that set the status from the records, and an AI agent that writes the record with the people doing the work.
It is a SaaS product, built by a team. I wrote the operating model and I lead the product.

| Years | Engagement | Role |
|---|---|---|
| 2026–today | Telefónica Germany | Lead, Agentic PMO. I run the programme office for a portfolio of strategic initiatives, and I run it the way I build software: one operating model, one set of records, a status that comes from the records rather than from a slide. |
| Jan–Aug 2026 | Millfox GmbH | Pirion. I wrote the operating model, designed the data model and built the application — from the first line to a product a team now develops. |
| 2021–2025 | Telefónica Germany | Area product owner, customer self-care and authentication. Around 20 brands, five cross-functional teams. |
| 2020–2021 | Sky Deutschland | Business transformation manager. Business stream lead for the SAFe transformation, reporting to the CCO. |

| 2017 | Telefónica Germany | Manager, issue resolution team. Tariff migration for 12 million prepaid customers. |
| 2015–2017 | Telefónica / E-Plus merger | Programme manager, IT target stack enablement. 900 projects, 150 managers, over 20 million customers migrated, on time and on budget. |
| 2013–2015 | Unitymedia | Programme manager. Recovery and launch of quadruple play in a new territory. |
| 2013 | maxdome (ProSiebenSat.1) | Interim CTO. 28 staff, around €20m budget, platform stabilisation. |

| 2011–2012 | Unitymedia | Programme manager. Mobile portfolio launch, on time and on budget. |
Before 2011 I spent eleven years at Telefónica Germany in product management, from senior expert to Head of Product Management Consumer: 30 staff, around 150 development projects a year, a €40m development budget, and the launch of the smartphone portfolio.
